1. Guests must not cause any harm to the chalet's physical structure (such as breaking parts of the building, damaging the deck, or making modifications) and should not pollute or disturb the water surrounding the chalet.
2. Open flames, including campfires and barbecues, are strictly prohibited in and around the chalet area.
3. Do not dispose of food waste, cooking residues (such as oil), or any waste into the water.
4. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted within the chalet premises.
5. Pets, such as dogs, are not allowed in the chalet.
6. Activities like karaoke are not allowed without prior approval from the resort management.
For every activity in the chalet area, safety precautions must be taken to ensure the well-being and comfort of all guests.
Refund Rate:
More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund.
7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
Modification Requests:
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
-A rebooking fee may apply for date changes made within 7 days of check-in.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will forfeit their booking and receive no refund.
Early Check-Out: No refund will be provided for unused nights if a guest decides to check out early.
